Solo product designer #1 at True Anomaly that led 0->1 design of a ground control software platform that successfully helped launch and command an autonomous reconnaissance satellite.

Before that, I led product and brand design for autonomous counter-drone systems, shaping warfighter human-machine experiences and startup positioning that helped unlock a DoD Program of Record and strategic exit to BlueHalo.

Before all that, I've designed for early startups in AI health tech, digital therapeutics, and aviation. A brief stint in agency, too.

About

About

An athlete and design researcher at heart. To design well is to move like an athlete: with intuition, precision, and resiliency. Movement has shaped every edge of my life.

In undergrad, I spent a lot of time contemplating speculative design as a tool for biodiversity conservation. I was also a four-year Division 1 college fencer and captain, and led a competitive marketing team to the highest regional result in university history.

I'm near-sighted in one eye. I've never seen The Matrix. I rescued a little black cat from a geothermal plant and named it after an HVAC system. My touring skis are too heavy. I believe grocery store sushi is the purest form of self-love. I want to write more.

After eight years in San Diego, I’m back in New York City—the city where I was born—reclaiming a new sense of home.
